The other day I wrote a little about my day making my favorite truffles. Eight dozen, to be precise. Rolling that much chocolate means getting messy.
Now, I’m a compulsive hand washer when I’m in the kitchen. Years of restaurant work will do that to a person (one hopes). But no matter how many times I washed my hands, I could not get all the chocolate off. Even after a shower the next day, I still had chocolate under my nails!
